Grow Your Business with a Virtual CTO
Technology can be difficult to navigate for any business. There is no single solution to fit all which means that many businesses suffer from frankenstein systems that cause a lot of grief for many employees. Many of the businesses that approach us are hungry for growth and innovation but find they are limited by complex or ineffective technology. Our team at LimeHub help with system selection, integration services and custom application development. We assemble our team of strategists, designers, coders and database gurus to produce vendor-agnostic strategies, UX designs, prototypes, and full solutions if required.
The key value-add here for most businesses is the vendor-agnostic strategy because if a solution is built using the wrong technology-mix like database or coding language it can suffer from limitations in functionality, browser incompatibility and finding suitable talent. Likewise, out-of-the-box solutions which have been selected for the wrong reasons or haven’t been properly integrated or set up will fail to support the business effectively.

Firstly, we need to understand your business, your industry and your objectives so we can best scope the project. We would begin with a complimentary strategy session where we gather as much information as possible, after which we would present you with recommendations and a proposal. Once agreed, we schedule our proprietary Design Thinking Workshop with key stakeholders which takes approximately 3-4 hours. We then initiate a Think Tank with our team of strategists, coders and database gurus and we problem-solve the best way forward before presenting a solution to you.
Like most activities in consulting services, the price varies with the scope of the project. As a guide however, a strategy for a web application will cost roughly $10,000 AUD. Prototypes start from $5,000 and full solution development could be anything from $20,000. As solutions tend to evolve, we include development phases in the strategy where possible so that you can at least test and release the application incrementally and gain value as soon as possible.
The founder of the business services as the engagement manager and main point of contact for all strategic pieces of work. This means you won’t be palmed off to someone else once you engage with us, and you will be in very capable hands. We have a coding strategist who is an ex-lecturer and an expert in all coding languages and a database expert who has built database solutions for the big four banks in Australia.
