A typical marketing plan will cover situation analysis, target market analysis, research into and documentation of the Marketing Mix (the P’s) and prescribed techniques for implementation, evaluation and control.
Creating a marketing plan is collaborative exercise and requires unanimous support from key stakeholders if it is to succeed. Businesses who come to us for help with their strategies are often extremely knowledgeable and capable however they sometimes struggle to see the forest from the trees – so to speak – and need professional outsiders to facilitate the process who have purely objective perspectives.
Some clients only want an abridged version of their Marketing Strategy to inform them which promotional activities they should be focussing on since emerging advertising platforms and their respective performance changes so rapidly. We are constantly researching and testing new platforms and techniques, so our clients don’t have to.

The Questions We Get Asked The Most
What is the process?
Before embarking on a project of this nature, we spend time with key stakeholders to identify common objectives, competing objectives and expectations. Once we are satisfied with our understanding of what our client wants (a comprehensive marketing strategy, an abridged strategy, or a campaign plan), then we arrange our proprietary Design Thinking Workshop which takes approximately 3-4 hours. We then initiate a research phase before developing and delivering your strategy.
How much does it cost?
This depends on the scope of the strategy. A campaign, digital or promotions strategy range from $1,000 – $5,000 AUD whereas a comprehensive Marketing Strategy can set you back anywhere from $10,000 AUD.
Who will be on the team?
The founder of the business serves as the engagement manager and main point of contact for all strategic pieces of work. This means you won’t be palmed off to someone else once you engage with us, and you will be in very capable hands. We have researchers, collaborative and creative problem-solvers, and designers to bring it all together.
